- Fair Play: Cheating, collusion, or any form of unfair play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the tournament and potential account suspension. We utilize advanced systems to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Scoring: Scoring methods vary by tournament type. For most tournaments, your score is based on your virtual currency winnings during the tournament period. Specific scoring rules will be detailed on each tournament's dedicated page.
- Prize Distribution: Virtual currency prizes are awarded to the top-ranked players as specified in the tournament details. Prizes are automatically credited to your KiwiSocialCas account shortly after the tournament concludes and results are finalized. Prizes are non-transferable.
- Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues or system malfunctions that significantly impact tournament play, KiwiSocialCas reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tournament, or to make fair adjustments to results as deemed necessary.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding tournament results or rules must be submitted to support@kiwisocialcas.com within 24 hours of the tournament's conclusion. All decisions made by KiwiSocialCas management are final.
- Game Availability: Participants must ensure they have access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device to play the tournament games. KiwiSocialCas is not responsible for disconnections due to player-side technical issues.
